Everything you need to know about ready frame kit homes.

While our kits are designed to be owner-builder friendly, we recommend working with a licensed contractor for the best results. We can connect you with contractors in your area who have experience with Ready Frame kit construction.

Our complete kit includes: Ready Frame components, exterior wall panels in your chosen colors/textures, roof panels, all fasteners and hardware, engineered drawings stamped for your state, and detailed assembly guides. Foundation, interior finishing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC are not included.

We're partnering with construction lenders who understand kit home builds. Many customers also use construction-to-permanent loans, home equity lines, or land equity.

After your order is finalized, manufacturing takes 4-6 weeks. Delivery to your site typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on your location. We ship to all 50 states.

Yes! Our standard floor plans can be modified to suit your needs. We also offer fully custom designs.

All our plans are engineered and stamped for your specific state. Our Ready Frame kits meet or exceed IBC requirements.
