No Hassle Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, return it to us for an exchange or refund for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
WE WILL PAY YOUR SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES!
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Send us an email at info@kitculture with your order number in the subject line and we will send you a link for the return shipping label. If you're looking to exchange an item, let us know the size and color of your exchange preference.
Return your item to Kit Culture at 310 N Plymouth Blvd, Los Angeles, California US 90004.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and let you know if you're refund or exchange is approved. If it's all good, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
For exchanges we will ship out the exchange item ASAP!
