Starting prices assume normal site conditions and reasonable construction access. Significant excavation or grading, rock, unstable soils, steep lots, drainage or retaining requirements, extended utility runs, difficult equipment access, or additional engineering and site preparation are priced individually.

Starting prices are based on standard Kit Culture plans. Requested changes will be reviewed and priced before construction whenever reasonably possible.
How Final Pricing
Is Set
Starting prices are a clear budgeting baseline based on the standard Kit Culture model plans and specifications. Final pricing is project-specific and may change with site conditions, access, excavation, utilities, engineering, permitting, material and labor conditions, selections and requested upgrades. Non-standard changes, additional structures and landscaping are priced separately, and unexpected or concealed site conditions are only added after evaluation and customer communication.
